  the current sitting u.s. federal magistrate judge, in alpine, texas, is a jehovah's witness and is set to retire on november 9, 2015.. .

  Well I'm glad he is going to spend his retirement serving the watchtower corporate interest and passing out literature he should probably get one of the sing magazine carts for a retirement present, then he can stand outside some busy intersection and point people to the JW.org web site for all their bible questions.

  rev 9 : 1 and the fifth angel blew his trumpet, and i saw a star fallen from heaven to earth, and he was given the key of the shaft of the bottomless pit; 2 he opened the shaft of the bottomless pit, and from the shaft rose smoke like the smoke of a great furnace, and the sun and the air were darkened with the smoke from the shaft.. this is the fifth trumpet .

  when the pit or well is opened it says , and from the shaft rose smoke like the smoke of a great furnace, and the sun and the air were darkened with the smoke from the shaft .

  now for something to darken the sun from the viewpoint of earths observers it must be some incredible event.

  Back in the days revelation was written they felt the stars were attached to a dome/sky and that keep them from falling down to earth.

  Chemists claim to have solved riddle of how life began on Earth

  JW Child Abuse Makes 'Private Eye'

  following on from the recent thread about wt losing an appeal concerning the uk charity commission (sorry, i can't do the link) i'm pleased to report that this matter is covered in the latest 'private eye' (20 march - 2 april issue).. it's a one-third page article (p.34) under the heading 'child abuse' and the headline 'silent witnesses'.

  it reports the case accurately, mentions several criminal cases and the ongoing high court compensation case.

  it includes some of judge mckenna's comments..

  Boy Jehovah's Organization should welcome the paying of taxes just like Jesus their head and they his bride class or something should follow through and help society out by paying taxes on everything just like a normal business selling what ever.

  CO kept mispronouncing "debt"

  so, this happened a while ago - but i never posted on it.

  during a co visit, he gave a talk relating to jesus ransom (i think) and the "debt" that was owed by sin, etc.... he kept saying "debt" and he kept pronouncing the "b".

  so it sounded like "deb-t".

  Hey with the big enforced ban on higher education, and forced retirement with no benefits for severence pay they are forced to scrap the bottom of barrel to find circuit overseers to fill that job because no one in their right mind wants it even among JWs.

  What the wife caught you post comment on a JW discussion group? I hope she don't go to the elders or your'e toast.

  Anyway you need a vacation from all this tension that comes from keeping a delusion alive in discussions with this group. Maybe you could join a nice safe(but boring) closely monitored "JW only" group if that is more your speed or liking.

  These guys on the Governing Body are getting ready to fleece the flock for what ever they can get, this video gives the mind set that the Corporation sets their goal and what they should put first in their life(a mindless slave for the corporation).

  These guys are just so blatant I hope it all back fires on them and the vast majority of JW children can't wait to get out from under thumb.
